Insurance Information

We will be happy to assist you in obtaining the maximum insurance benefits to which you are entitled. We can estimate your copayment in advance of your treatment. We ask that you pay all estimated copayments and deductibles for treatment at the time of service. Our estimates are subject to final approval by your insurance company. That means, the amount we calculate as due is subject to change.

While some might rely exclusively on insurance to fund their care, we believe most will find that insurance is only a supplemental benefit to superior and modern dental care.
